Ugh - I hate this time of year. I've finally gotten sick. I had done so well up until this point, considering everyone around me was sick, but I guess my body got tired of fighting it off. So, here I am, snuggled up on the couch with my blanket and my comfy pants, trying to catch up on some homework. Ugh.
It totally snuck up on me too - I was fine all day Wednesday until about an hour before bed when I found my throat was a little bit raw, and then Thursday I wanted to die when I woke up. So, I skipped the class I could afford to skip, and then went to the one I had to go to. The worst part was trying to study for the midterm that I had yesterday, though when I actually wrote it I found it went really, really well. Fingers crossed!
...I am really, really craving a key lime pie or something of the sort.
